    This is professional work reviewing moderately complex permit applications, serving as an expert witness, and preparing technical staff reports. Reviews the environmental portion of the moderately complex applications for Environmental Resource Permits (ERPs), Sovereign Submerged Lands (SSL) authorizations, and Consumptive Use Permits (CUPs).
