    The Southwest Florida Water Management District, a leader in protecting Florida’s water resources, is seeking a Hydrogeologist or Engineer to perform complex technical, scientific, and administrative work based on an understanding of natural and physical science in areas such as hydrology, geology, and/or engineering. The successful candidate will gather, interpret, and use hydrologic or hydrogeologic data; plan, coordinate, manage, or assist with research investigations, water resource assessments, resource recovery assessments, or related projects; summarize and interpret data, develop recommendations, and perform statistical analysis of hydrologic data; prepare and present technical reports; review and evaluate reports; analyze model output; lead and respond to external peer reviews; make recommendations regarding alternatives evaluated to solve complex water management issues; effectively manage project deadlines and resources; and improve and modernize processes through continual technical assessment, analysis, and program development.
