The Florida Section of the American Water Resources Association (AWRA Florida) and the Florida water community sadly lost one of their finest, David Watt (inmemori.com), on Sunday August 7, 2022. Dave was a long-time active member and Past President (2010) of AWRA Florida. This page is dedicated to honor his memory, water resources legacy, and to provide a place for those would like to make a donation in his memory.
Dave's Celebration of Life was held Saturday August 27th at 4:00 PM at Good Earth Farm located at 134 Pierce Road, East Palatka, FL 32121.
AWRA Florida has set up a Memorial Fund for David Watt for the purpose of funding either a continuing endowment or a one-time contribution to either a to-be-determined qualified water resources project in a developing country or to an individual student consistent with AWRA Florida's Education Program. Upon determination of the fiscal extent of contributions to the fund, the AWRA Florida Executive Committee will select how the funds will be used.
To contribute, be sure to select "David Watt Memorial" from the Donation Type pull-down menu.
Thank you for your thoughtful contribution to David Watt's water resources legacy.
